QR Note User Agreement

Welcome to QR Note! This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and QR Note governing your use of the SendContact mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the App
QR Note is a mobile application that allows you to save photos, videos, and voice recordings to your smart NFC card and virtual account. The App is available for free download, providing Users with a free data storage capacity of up to 1 GB.
2. Subscription Model
For Users who require more than 1 GB of data storage, we offer a subscription model. By subscribing, you will gain access to additional data storage. The subscription options are as follows:
- QR Note Basic: Free, with 1 GB of storage.
- QR Note Plus: $4 per month, offering 250 GB of storage.
- QR Note Pro: $9.99 per month, offering 1 TB of storage.
Payments will be charged to your preferred payment method associated with your app store account at the time of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew each year at the then-current subscription rate unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your app store account settings. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and not to misuse the App in any way, including but not limited to:
- Uploading harmful or illegal content.
- Attempting to disrupt the App’s operation.
- Violating any third party’s rights.
4. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://qrnote.shop/pages/privacy-policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
5. Modification to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement within the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Note shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
